Back Squat:
Every 30 seconds for 2 min do one back squat (5 reps)
3 min rest
Every 30 seconds for 1:30 min do one back squat (4 reps)
2 min rest
Every 30 seconds for 1 min do one back squat (3 reps)
*Weight is 90% of 3RM
*Once you shoulder the barbell it does not go back to the rack until all reps are completed.
-then-
10 min AMRAP:
50 ft burpee broad jump
15 pullups
