Ansley Moorman walked into CrossFit Coweta a little over a year ago struggling with a low caloric intake which in turned triggered a disorder in women known as PMDD. After a year of being in the gym she’s come off of multiple medications, gotten her nutrition back on track, and improved her mental and physical well being more than ever.
